The spacious Family Room had very comfortable beds. The room was also clean and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent as well.

heavy carpeting clean hotel luxury food
The heavy carpeting absorbed all noise! The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. Luxury is everywhere. I did expect this. Food and drinks were AMAZING!!!
The Grand Executive Room seemed small, and I thought its design could be better.

The hotel felt refined yet cute. Every detail looked thoughtfully curated. The Chalet Garden is beautiful!!! It was a wonderfully romantic setting. I really enjoyed it.

The hotel is near Big Ben. A quick fifteen minute walk gets you there. Staff members were helpful. They were also very friendly. I will return here.
There was AN unexpected charge for each room. It was 25 euros per night.
